I love this hairstyle on Brandy and i would like to get it. this is from her Pro 10 hair line by Sensationel. the only problem is that i can't find this hair:

to the dude trying to be funny shut the hell up that wasn't funny at all. To answer your question try a Kings beauty store or try a wig shop they sometimes sell her hair.

i had something similar it was french curls. but i don't know if brandy's is french curls. google th epicture maybe you will find more info on the pic. good luck
