New hair style (cut) for my really long hair.?

I am thinking of cutting my really long hair, but I am not sure how to explain to my stylist what I want, does anyone know where I could find a picture of long-ish hair that is really layered and modern altho not too drastic, I don't want to loose too much length, but I do want to incorporate a lot of layers that would look good no matter if I wear my hair straight or curled. Also I would like a lot of shorter layers to fame my face and a little loner in back, I dunno if this is possible. Thank You!

This is a really cute hairstyle its layered and some hairs are framing the face even if its not that noticable i noe its not the length you were exactly looking for but its really cute.

DONT CUT YOUR HAIR!

I own a beauty shop and every day I get women come in and regret it! A womens hair is her beauty. If you are tired of it change the color or wear it in different styles.

Sometimes a short hair cut can take more time to style in the morning. If you still want to do it then have her cut it on an angle like feathers wisping the front of your face.

But please don't cut your hair.
