How do you get naturally curly hair in less than an hour, without using any fancy things?

I naturally have very fine, straight hair with just a few waves in it. I normally take a shower on a morning, and when I let my hair dry, it usually dries in nice curls. I've tried scrunching while blowing with the hairdryer, but the curls seem to fall out and go back to normal wavy hair. Because of school, I usually just dry and straighten. Is there a faster, easier way of curling your hair, without using any hair styling gunk?

I've been told I can use straighteners, but I don't understand how to do it. Any comments appreciated, thank you!

you could start by using shampoo for curly hair, or shampoo to thicken your hair then condition. after you can use a curl scrunching gel, and some curling mousse. Then if you have it you can use a diffuser and just doing the scrunching thing you said, and if that doesn't work you can use a curling iron too, hope i helped :)

oh yea with the straightener you can just straighten it like usual but twist the straightener when gliding down.

Natural is natural, so forget that.

You can, however, get curls that look natural! Buy some electric rollers, wash your hair, dry it but leave it slightly damp. Then use extra hold mousse on each curler, and roll away -- spray with extra hold hair spray too -- and leave them in until they're cold. Your hair will be curly and natural looking!

well by curling w/ straighteners they mean put the hair into the straighteners and wrap it around like you would w/ a curling iron.OR what i do bc my hair gets poofy,after i wash i put it into braids and hair spray it

When i want my hair to turn out curly i take a shower at night and they pull it into three diffrent buns. I no it sounds weird but it works. Divide your hair into three diffrent sections and pull your hair into a bun on the left side then another on the left and then one more in the back. Sleep with it overnight and when you wake up take them out. Then your hair will be curly becuse they were scrunched togethor all night except you dont even have to use gel or anything. Hope i helped!
