Good hair style for men?

Alright, I've had my hair buzzed and I've had my hair as long as Ashton Kutcher's from Dude, Where's My Car... now I'm wanting an in between hairstyle.

I have very thick hair, which makes it difficult to look good when I'm growing it out...so I scratched that idea.

Don't get another buzz cut! They are unattractive. Is your hair curly? I would keep it rather short, yet longer than a buzz cut. I imagine sonthing like your avatar is wearing.
