My hair is reaches beneath my shoulder blades. I have a side-swept bang and long layers. I really want a new, fresh style that I can get for the start of school.

Try cutting it into a bob, but keep the side bangs :D

1. Put it in two braids, except for the bangs, and pin the bangs up with a clip or bobby pin.
2. Leave all ofyour hair down and straight, pin up the bangs like in 1.
3. Curl it all except for the bangs.
4. Put it in two low pigtails, and curl the hair in them.
5. Pull hair into a messy bun and leave the bangs down, (really simple).
