Hair style and cut?

my hair is brown. i have olive/tan skin and i have staright (mostly) sholder length hair. should i grow it or cut it? and i have grad (grade 8) end of the year so should i grow it ,cut it, curl it, keep it straight, make waves or what?????

I think you should grow it out and style it in some pretty curls for graduation.

Then, right before high school starts you can surprise everybody by cutting it all off.
