I flat iron my hair every other day and I usually use a not too expensive spray. Which brands have you used that really protect your hair and give you maximum shine?

I tend to stick to serums because some of the sprays have alcohol in them. Alcohol tends to dry out your hair.

I use Rusk Thermal Str8 and Sebastioan Laminates Sheer. Excellent stuff plus it adds shine and makes your hair silky smooth.

I am in love with Tresemme Thermal Creations heat styling spray. My hair looks a lot healthier even though I use heat styling tools every day and it is super shiny.

serums are better because your hair soaks up the vitamins better then with a spray. pantien heat protectant serum works wonders. it adds shine, moisture, protects from heat, and gets rid of the frizz. just put it in when your hair is still damp. let dry. and then flatten it like usual :D
