it depends on your hair type so here goes:

if you have thick hair then straighten it (so that it is not frizzy, do not use the comb when straightening.)

if you have normal hair, curl it into soft, big waves and use a silkening mousse so that it is very soft.

if you have thin hair, then after you shower, run your fingers through your hair to tame knots and then apply a curling mousse. then scrunch, and spray a curling hold spray. let dry completely and then tame the frizzies by spraying again.
