Hair styles PLEASE!!!! my appointment is tomorrow!?

my hair is:

~brown

~almost down to my elbows

~ pretty straight but does whatever i want it to

~ i usally do a deep right side part

~i have some longer bangs

~ i have a oval face

mmk so this is what i am thinking of asking

a deep side part with lots of hair brought forward for bangs, to keep the length, and to put soft layers in it

any suggestions ideas picutres or comments are much appricated....

or maybe i could go very different! send pics!

when you next to to the hairdressers ask them to cut it in his style (ask them for some professional tips aswel) then when your styling it yourself try running some wax through it to define the sections

and words of advice from the man himself:

hey! can anyone help me with some hairstyles for homecoming this week? i want to leave my hair down because my dress is strapless.

my hair has a beachy-curl texture, but i can straighten it also. i have kinda long hair, its about 4 (maybe more?) past my shoulders. its blonde if that helps. something pretty and simple to do! thank you everyone =]

if your doing it yourself i would suggest a low, messy bun with a white flower(found at claires or icing). you could also match the flower with your dress =]

Well, I put gel or mousse in it and I don't wash it everyday. Keeping it well conditioned is the most important factor though.

hi im a hairdresser when i have a client in with curly in i normaly find if u mix gloss or smoothing serum and mousse together and rope dry the hair which means section the hair starting at the back take a small peace at a time applying a little of ur mixture then twist moving all the way up the head then dry on low heat and low air pressure.

"Got no links, but i always say go with your face shape.

If you have a large/round face, wear it down, maybe curley if you'd like.

If you have a petite face or sharp features, wear it all up.

Don't go for the "half up half down" because it never looks elegant. If you have it down, have it wavey/curley. If you have it up, have it all up."

awww.sounds like you have pretty hair um what i did was bent over and had my friend braid the bottom then i flipped up and put it in a clip type thing and then spiral curled it..it was so beautiful i got so many compliments

You should pin the front of your hair up and puff it out a bit then put a lovely clip where the pins are and curl the bottem.

OR you could make twistys on the top bring the two corners of your hair on the side of your head to the back, clip it with a lovely clip then curl the bottem.
